Ryan Nichols is an accomplished and experienced aviation attorney and founder of JETREP. He represents and advises clients — including many of the world's wealthiest individuals and most successful companies — on a very broad range of aviation transactions and related matters. Having played an instrumental role in hundreds of transactions with a cumulative value over five billion dollars, Ryan is well-positioned to advise clients on any complex aviation matter.

Ryan’s practice includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating aircraft purchase and sale transaction documents, including letters of intent, aircraft purchase and sale agreements, and fractional aircraft interest agreements; devising aircraft ownership and operating structures in compliance with applicable regulations to achieve maximum tax efficiency; federal income tax planning, including advising on depreciation and personal use disallowance issues; state sales and use tax planning; advising on aircraft financing arrangements; advising on aircraft management arrangements; and advising on SEC disclosure issues related to personal use of company aircraft.

Prior to founding JETREP, Ryan was a principal attorney in the aircraft transactions practice group of a large law firm and previously was an attorney at a boutique law firm devoted to aircraft transactions.
